These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the Lawak4D online gaming platform, including the website accessible at https://lawak4d.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, content, and promotions made available therein (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by Lawak4D (hereinafter referred to as "Lawak4D", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Lawak4D targets adult players in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding. Lawak4D makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register an Account on Lawak4D and participate in any gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Lawak4D strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, a corporation, or any other legal entity is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date.
• You may only hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Lawak4D.
• You must not be self-excluded from Lawak4D or any gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement or court order.

Lawak4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the KYC request may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• All actions taken through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been performed by you and are your sole responsibility.
• Lawak4D will never contact you requesting your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify Lawak4D immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Lawak4D will investigate the matter but cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that no person under 21 years of age has access to or uses your Account at any time.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Lawak4D Platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20. All payment methods are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Lawak4D reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Funding your Account from a payment account owned by a third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Lawak4D does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method matching the one used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on your Account. Lawak4D reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of receipt. Lawak4D is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
• Lawak4D reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud checks, or where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illicit activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed through the payment gateway. Contact our support team immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Lawak4D periodically offers promotional bonuses, cashback, rebates, free bets, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated clearly in the relevant promotion page.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction via multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
• Abuse & Fraud: Lawak4D actively monitors for and may void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other form of promotional exploitation has occurred.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not utilised within the stated validity period are automatically forfeited without further notice.
• Lawak4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability.

The specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, and lottery products are set out in the relevant game rules or sports betting rules sections of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all wagers placed on Lawak4D:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.
• Lawak4D is the final arbiter of all bet settlement disputes. Our settlement decisions, once made, are final and binding. In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or scores, Lawak4D reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Odds for sports events — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets available on the Platform — are set and updated by Lawak4D at its discretion. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to settlement, subject to the conditions in this clause.
• In the event of a game or server error during a live game session, Lawak4D will make best efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games, bet types, and markets. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules and are subject to change without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lawak4D Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, maintaining, or using more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or verification requirements.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, data-scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of games or sporting events.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geo-restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any suspected bugs must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

All content available on the Lawak4D Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall structure and design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Lawak4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted, whether express or implied. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Lawak4D.

Lawak4D collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information will be used for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. We may share your information with regulated third-party KYC providers, payment processors, and relevant regulatory authorities where legally required.

Lawak4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining the welfare of all Players. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the majority of our users, can become harmful for some individuals. In fulfilment of this commitment, Lawak4D provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit settings, configurable from your Account settings at any time. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to protect your bankroll and maintain control over your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at intervals you specify to help you monitor your session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by requesting a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account will be inaccessible for gaming during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Contact our support team to activate this option.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lawak4D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Lawak4D's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lawak4D makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Lawak4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, Lawak4D will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated". Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform (whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise), shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out herein.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact Lawak4D's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally applicable principles of law. Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
